Effcts of txting

Texting is one of the best ways to communicate to others. Yes, it's really important. But, do you think it afftects your knowledge? Do you think it's not good for us?

For me, texting may not affect our knowledge if we will use it smartly. We should know our limits. We MUST put boundaries for us to focus more on studying. Most of the students now are always texting, they are always using their phones. And worse, they are using their phone while having their classes! That's a big NO! We shouldn't text while having classes. And that's how texting affect our knowledge.

Texting doesn't affect my knowledge in English. I think it depends on the person. I am the type of person who doesn't use shortcuts in texting. they said it's not appropriate because you may use that type of texting even when you are having your lectures in school!

SEMBREAK

What do you feel when you hear the word SEMBREAK?
Be honest, I know you're excited and then you're going to think all the things that you want to do to spend your days! Oh, just like what I always do!

Sembreak is like a heaven to me. It's like, i'm free to do all the things that I want to do~ I'm free from home works, from cramming, from lack of sleeping.

At first, there are rumors that there will be no sembreak. When I heard that, I think my world just exploded. Every year, i'm always waiting for sembreak to come.

This sembreak, I really enjoyed my free days. I had more time to bond with my family and relatives, and I had fun with them. I had more time with my best friend which is my laptop. I played with my cousins and I felt like we were still kids. We had picnics, and we have watched movies. Everyday, I watch cartoons because I really love cartoons. And of course, how would I forget to sleep? That's my hobby. I also watched koreanovelas and I finished them.

Semestral break doesn't mean you're free in home works and projects. Usually, we always have lots of projects during our previous sembreaks, but not this time. We only have few projects and I'm really happy for that.

I wish to have a sembreak again so I can have more time to stay at home. Because I am really comfortable there and so that me and my family will have more time for each other.

What is Love?

       I never had a boyfriend in my whole. I've been in love but I think it's more on puppy love. It's puppy love because it happened when I was still a grade six student. Being in love feels like you're in heaven. Whenever I see him, I feel like there are so many butterflies in my stomach. It's happy if you're in love. They say that being in love is just a destruction in our studies. But for me, it depends on the person who's in love. Because for me, being in love is an inspiration. When you're in love, you need to be aware that we can have a heartbreak.

     When I had my first love, I was really happy whenever I sees him. It feels like i'm literally floating in the air. We don't talk to each other because we're shy. But he's one year ahead from me and I was grade five that time. Actually, I had a crush on him when I was on grade four. But I fell in love with him when I was on grade five. He then graduated and left me a wallet-sized graduation picture. I was really happy on the time when he confessed his feeling to me, I felt so many butterflies in my stomach and I can hear many angels singing. But then, he messaged me and told me a horrible fact. We're relatives. Even though we're not that close relatives, I forced myself to stop loving him. It was really hard for me to move on and I really cried so many nights. It was really painful for me because he's my first love. I never knew that this would happen in reality, and it happened to me.

      Yes, PAIN is the partner of the word LOVE. Because when we fall in love, we can also experience pain. They said that when you love someone, you're letting PAIN to come in your way.

      For me, I think love is caring for someone who's special to you. They say that love is the result of deeply appreciating other's goodness. And I think  I believe in that. It is also opening yourself to others. Accepting other's imperfections. Or should I say LOVING other's IMPERFECTIONS.

      I would love a boy for me to be inspired and also because every girl needs a partner in life. And I would love a boy because of his sincerity. My ideal man is God-fearing, kind-hearted, loyal, sincere, faithful and of course, a man who would respect me. Anyways, although I have my ideal type, I cannot say that I will marry a man with those characteristics because sometimes we fall in love even though they're not our type. Being in love is a serious matter, because we can experience pain. But even though we're aware that being in love may lead us to a heart break, we still choose to love somebody.

Wonder Teacher

Teachers are one of the most wonderful things in this world.  They are our second mothers, they are our professors and they are our hero.

Teachers help us in our problems even if it’s not about academics. They give us advices that can affect our lives.  They can be our second mother because just like our mother, they guide, care, take care of us and love us like their own children.  They are our hero. They don’t have super powers, they cannot fly and do magical things but they can help us with all their hearts.

Teachers lead us to a brighter and better future. They help us to become successful someday. If there are no teachers, then, there will be no successful persons too.  The word ‘teacher’ really means a lot to me because without them, I won’t have dreams just like being a successful person someday…

To all the teachers, I would like to say thank you for all your help. Even though us, your students are really hard-headed persons, you did not let us fall. Instead, you guided us to reach our dreams and to make it true. Once again, thank you and we love all of you!

True Love 'Till The End

In the beautiful city of Verona, there lived the feuding families of the Capulets and Montagues. Capulet and Lady Capulet have identical twin daughters, named Juliet and Hero while Montague and Lady Montague also have identical twin sons, named Romeo and Claudio. Four unlucky children of these enemy families became lovers, Romeo and Juliet, that Hero and Claudio.

Romeo planned to go to the Capulet’s house, specifically to the balcony near Juliet and Hero’s room.

As they reached the balcony, they heard the two lovely ladies, Juliet and Hero, pledging their love for them. Romeo and Claudio came near the balcony. Juliet and Hero were shocked as they saw the two. Romeo and Claudio told them about what they have heard a while ago. The four lovers confessed about their feelings for each other. Romeo to Juliet, and Claudio to Hero. Romeo told Juliet that he didn't see a girl as beautiful as her while Claudio told Hero that she is the most beautiful thing that ever happened to him. The maidens blushed with those sweet words that they've heard.

The next day, Paris went to the Capulet's palace to tell his true feelings and desire to Juliet. Capulet told the guy that he gives his permission to impress Juliet but he can't tell if he will be liked by Juliet because it's still Juliet's decision. He exits.
Paris wait to be sure about his plants with Juliet so he decided to ask a man to spy on Juliet. He went to Claudius, one of his friends, to command him to spy on Juliet.

One night, when Claudius was walking alone he saw a man going up to Juliet's room using the window as entrance. He didn't call for soldiers to capture the man because he saw Juliet too outside and looks like she's waiting for the man. He saw the suit of the guy and it is a Montague's suit. He looked a little bit closer again and he recognized it
and it was Romeo.

Claudius reported what he saw last night. Paris decided to kill Romeo for blocking his plans about getting Juliet's heart.

In the other kingdom, Romeo told Claudio that this night, Claudio is the one who will go to the Capulet's palace to meet Hero. They decided to visit the girls alternately.
Claudio went out to breathe some air and while walking he saw there three annoying witches. The three annoying witches warned him because this night, he will be killed by a mistake. Claudio just ignored it but still he is nervous.

Claudio was walking, going to Hero. He felt that there is someone observing and following him. He ignored it. Then, he felt a knife that passes through his bone at the back, and he saw it was Claudius.

Hero was about to meet him but when Hero saw him, he was lying on the ground. The word he said is "Claudius". Hero was crying for help.

Hero ordered Puck, her fairy servant, to give her letter to Romeo. Romeo received the letter from Hero that Claudio was dead. Romeo was the only one who knew what happened to his brother, he only told to his parents that Claudio wants to be alone and live without him and his parents. He also said that Claudio hope that they will understand him. After three days, the Montagues accept it and they just pray for Claudio's safety and independence.

Romeo search for Claudius and he asked for a duel. Claudius was surprised because he thought that it was Romeo whom he killed one night. Romeo put a poison on his sword. This one is the one he will use to kill Claudius. When Claudius’ enemies heard about Romeo’s plan to kill him, they decided to cooperate with Romeo and participate with the plan.

Romeo sent a letter to Claudius asking him to battle with him. Romeo then prepared everything he needed for their clash. Claudius secretly put poison in his sword to be sure that Romeo will surely die. Both men went to the place where Romeo chose for them to battle. They both took off their swords and were ready to fight. Romeo was about to attack Claudius but Claudius immediately moved away from Romeo. Romeo was really eager to destroy Claudius because of what he did to his brother Claudio. Claudius was about to stab Romeo but Romeo used his sword to prevent Claudius’ sword to touch him but his sword flew away. Claudius grinned devilishly thinking that he will win the battle. But he was wrong. Romeo immediately grabbed Claudius’ sword and stabbed Claudius. Before Claudius died, he vouchsafe Romeo his reason for killing Claudio. He told Romeo that Claudio is really not his target. Claudius also told that Paris is the person behind that incident. After Claudius told everything, his enemies went nearer to him and everyone stabbed him using their own dagger.

After Romeo’s fight with Claudius, he immediately went to Juliet and Hero to ask about Claudio’s dead body. Hero told Romeo that she told Puck to bring Claudio’s dead body in Montague’s tomb. The three of them decided to went to the Montague’s tomb to visit and to say goodbye to Claudio.

On the other side, Paris is celebrating all by himself because he thought that Romeo is dead already. After a few minutes, his servant spirit, Ariel, told him a very bad news. Ariel told him that Cladius is dead and he killed a wrong person. Instead of killing Romeo, Claudius killed Romeo’s twin brother, Claudio. Paris decided to ask a permission for him to court Juliet . While Paris is on his way to the Capulets, he encountered Romeo together with Juliet and Hero unexpectedly. Romeo immediately pulled out his sword and placed it near Paris’ throat. Paris was so shocked because he doesn’t know that Romeo knew that he’s the reason behind Claudius death. Romeo then cursed Paris and stabbed him causing Paris to kneel down and dies.

After that incident, Romeo, Juliet and Hero went to the Montague’s tomb. There they saw Claudio’s dead body. Hero’s tears immediately fell down on her cheeks. Hero pulled out Romeo’s sword. She told Romeo and Juliet that she can’t take it anymore. It’s very hard for her to accept the fact that her love is already dead. After saying those words, she stabbed herself using Romeo’s sword. Romeo and Juliet were shocked with what Hero did. Juliet burst out with tears.

Romeo and Juliet lay Hero’s dead body beside Claudio’s. After that, the two went to King Alonso and ask for help. Romeo and Juliet want to end the feud between their families. King Alonso sent soldiers to catch the members of the Capulet and Montague Family.

When the members of each family reached the castle, they were so shocked after they saw Romeo and Juliet together. King Alonso told them to be quiet and listen carefully to the two. Romeo and Juliet told the entire story about what happened to Hero ad Claudio.

After that, the Capulet and Montague end the feud between them. They raised a golden statue of Hero and Claudio as a symbol for their never ending love.
Two years later, Romeo and Juliet married each other. They also had twin children. One boy and one girl. The little girl’s name is Miranda while the little boy’s name is Macbeth. Romeo and Juliet lived happily ever after.

"Foul is Fair and Fair is Foul"

"Foul is Fair and Fair is Foul" was gotten form a Shakespearean Masterpiece Macbeth. That line was said by the three hags. And the whole story revolved in this 'line'.

For me, foul means unpleasant smell but if you dig deeper, it really means 'bad' or 'evil' and fair means 'purity' and 'good'. So for me, "Foul is Fair and Fair is Foul" simply means "Right is Wrong and Wrong is Right".

It is like Macbeth do bad things because for him, what he did was right.

The Twist of Fate

          For me, the climax is when Puck poured the juice onto Lysander's eyelid knowing that   Lysander is the one who's wearing an Athenian clothes. It is because after that incident, things started to change where the conflict is present. And also because that incident was the cause of all the problems that they had. And Puck said that it was all a dream beacuse of what he did which is when he poured the juice onto Lysander's eyelid, he was ashamed of what he did because all the problems appeared after that.

Forgive and Forget

"Forgive and Forget" is the best thing that we should do in order to move on in our lives. We must forgive the people who commit mistakes to us and forget about it.

I recently read a story during our NCAE and there was a quote that was stocked on my mind. "When a friend hurts us, we should write it down the sand, where the winds of forgiveness get in charge of erasing it away, and when something great happens, we should engrave it in the stone of the memory of the heart, where no wind can erase it."

People usually give advices by saying the quote "Forgive and Forget". And I think it is really effective for most of  the people who are soft-hearted.

Academics or Sports?

        We, people needs knowledge in our everyday lives. And we also need sports which include physical development. But wait, which is better? A sport-minded person or an academically excellent person?..


       Just think if we don't have much knowledge about everything, we cannot live happily, right? And if we are not physically fit and healthy due to lack of exercise, it's hard, isn't it? But for me, I'd rather choose to be an academically-excellent person than being a sport-minded person.

 
      How can we live on earth if we don't have the knowledge? How can we apply the thoughts that we learned in sports? How can we get a job? How can we deal or communicate to others? You don't know, do you? It's hard to answer, really.
   But if we are not a sport-minded person, we are WEAK. We will be like a withered plant. We will get diseases easily. It is also hard to live if we are not a sport-minded person.
  

    It's really hard to choose between the two. And we need them both in order to be successful in life and for us to live happily. So, we need to excel when it comes to academics and also when it comes to sports.

A Prayer For My Dear Countrymen

Almighty God, I thank you for all the blessings,
I thank you for the life you gave to all of us.
Dear God, thank you for your guidance and for your love,
We may not feel You, but still, we believe in You.

Lord, please forgive us for all the sins that we've done,
Dear Lord, I am praying for my fellow people,
I'm praying for my countrymen, Filipinos,
I am praying for my beloved Philippines.

We ask you for our guidance and security,
Lord, Philippines is now wrecked and also broken,
Many of my fellow people lost their loved ones,
Most of them really suffered from the tragedy. 

Please help the affected people of the typhoon,
Please help my countrymen to move on, Oh Dear Lord.

Please continue on guiding and protecting them.

And then he say he get ashame to me either in school or in his family and then asking you to exercise you're very very, very fat body. But you hate it. Thought you're the most preetiest girls he knows about. What do you think you are "BeautifulGirl" of Jose Marie Chan?

                  Even you are beautiful face (to your think) you do not have the right to called me whatsoever or else difference name one time or the other for the real purposed to insults my personality because I'm never call you names either in the fronts of Dennis or in the backs of Dennis, but if you start already to calling me different name, I don't have any other choice but to call you other different name to. Like you are a, PIG, FAT, OBESSED, OVERWIGHT, AND UGLY SHAPE girl. Shame to you're body that is to a BUDING.

My Comment:

     Some of the words used in this letter are wrong. The letter is really difficult for me to understand because of the wrong grammars. While I am revising it, it was hard for me to do because some sentences are really difficult to understand so, I didn't know what word to choose.

Blogging

            Blogging as an informal theme? I thought of it as a very cool stuff! I am happy in composing blogs because I can design my work, I can also edit it very easy! I love designing, that's why I found blogging really interesting. And one more thing, my penmanship is not that good but it is readable. Ha-ha. I can also express what I feel through blogging.   

An Experience to be Remembered

     Experiences may be good or bad. All of us have good and bad experiences and some of our experiences are unforgettable because of the impacts that were left to us by those experiences.       When I was still an elementary student, I had an experience. A memorable of rather unforgettable experience that shaped me for who I am right now. That experience is when I fell from the tricycle.          I was about to go to school that time. I sat at the back part of the tricycle which is at the back or behind the driver. I just hugged my bag without holding the handle of the tricycle. The tricycle was ready to go. Suddenly, the tricycle turned. I fell from the tricycle because of the great force of inertia.       I got some wounds, but they were just small. I just thanked God because I am still alive and because there were no other vehicles when that incident had happened. If there were vehicles by that time, maybe I was bumped by a vehicle.           Since that incident had happened, I learned to take good care of myself and also to thank Almighty God for the life He had given to all of us and to thank Him for who or what we are right now.

"Now or Never"


     Now or never is similar to the quote "To be or not to be". To be or not to be is a quote from William Shakespeare's famous play, Hamlet. it is a quote that we can apply in our life. It means thinking twice if he/she will do it or not. 


     During my life as a student, I have encountered many things that are related to that quote. It's like having projects and home works. if i will finish it, then i will have passing grades, but if i will not, then i will have failing grades and I will regret it. 

     And if a teacher have a question, share what's on your mind, because your answer maybe correct. This always happens to me, and I am always keeping my answer with me. And I am always regretting why I did not answer the question.

The Real Meaning of F.U.N.

You will know that you're having fun if;
You'll feel enjoyment, amusement, or lighthearted pleasure.
Having fun is also a pain relief to us.
It can ease our pains just by laughing.

For me, learning English subject is the real meaning of fun.
I am learning while having fun during English time.
I listen to the teacher, and so, I understand.
We always do many activities, inside or outside 

Gerunds, Participles, and Infinitives,
Are all parts of Verbal.
We use it in our everyday life,
Yes, it is very significant to all of us.

Gerund is one of my favorite topics,
It is a verb that functions as a noun.
"Playing, is my favorite hobby"
Playing is the verb there, yet, the noun too.

Writing the spelling of a particular word is our work done during Mondays.
Getting the meaning, part of speech, pronunciation,
and making a sentence of a particular word is our homework
Making a sentence using a particular word is easy to do if you will understand what that word means.

Tenses is also one of our topics.
It is a set of forms taken by a verb to indicate the time,
We use tenses in our everyday life,
It is a little bit confusing, yet, important.

Learning English is a very important step in our life,
It can help us to communicate to other nations,
And we can use it everyday and apply to our works.
And that is the Real Meaning of FUN...

Laptop

  I made a laptop as my subject in my collage because laptops are very useful. For me, laptop is the most wonderful and important gadget. It is because, using laptop, we can communicate to other, we can have fun, we can do our projects and many more. We can also use laptops even without plugging it if it is full charged. Laptops are often used by students and working people. We can also bring laptops everywhere unlike computer desktops.

          But laptops also have disadvantages to us. Sometimes, we cannot concentrate in our studies because of laptops. And using laptop often can cause poor eye sights.

         So, we should use laptops not too often. We should balance our studies and using technologies to have a better future.

The Real Lovers

The Real Ending~!!

Thursday was the given day of Paris and Juliet's wedding. Juliet asked Friar Lawrence for a bright idea on how to prevent their wedding. Friar Lawrence gave Juliet a potion. A potion which lets Juliet to die for forty hours. Juliet drank the potion on the night before their wedding. Friar Lawrence asked Friar John to send Romeo a letter which tells him the fake death of his beloved wife, Juliet. The Capulets saw the dead body of Juliet. They put Juliet's dead body to the place where dead Capulets were buried. Balthasar, Romeo's man saw that Juliet's dead body was being buried by the Capulets. And so, he immediately went to Romeo's place, Mantua, to tell Romeo what he saw. After hearing what Balthasar said, Romeo went back to Verona as fast as he could.  Paris went to the Capulet's tomb to put the flowers to Juliet's tomb, he hid himself to the dark when he heard a noise. He went to the place where Juliet's body lies, not knowing that Paris was there. He went closer to Juliet's tomb and he grieved. Paris saw Romeo and then they fought. Romeo then, killed Paris. He continued grieving and he decided to kill himself by drinking a poison. But before killing himself, he kissed Juliet for the last time. Friar John came to Friar Lawrence and said that he could not send Romeo the letter and gave it back to Friar Lawrence. Friar Lawrence went to Juliet's tomb. He was shocked after seeing Romeo and Paris' dead bodies. Juliet woke up. Friar Lawrence heard the watchers so he immediately left. Juliet grieved after seeing Romeo lying dead. She also decided to end her life. She first attempted to drink Romeo's poison, but the bottle is empty. So she kissed Romeo thinking that there is still poison on Romeo's lips but there's none. Juliet saw Romeo's dagger and she buried the dagger to herself which took her life. Prince Escalus, Montague, Capulet, Lady Capulet and the watchmen came. Lady Montague died because of extremely loneliness after what happened to Romeo. Friar Lawrence explained what really happened and he told the Tragic story of Romeo and Juliet. The feud between the two families ended. Then, they decided to make a statue of ROMEO and JULIET.

Juliet explained everything to Romeo. Friar Lawrence suddenly came because Friar John failed to send the letter to Romeo. And then the watchmen came with Prince Escalus, Montague, Lady Montague, Capulet and Lady Capulet. Romeo and Juliet explained everything to them. They agreed to the secret wedding of Romeo and Juliet. And then they married again. They had two kids, a girl and a boy. Paris married Rosaline, Paris and Romeo became best friends. And they live happily together with their two kids.

The Real Man

-"A dad is someone who wants to keep you from making mistakes but instead lets you find your own way, even though his heart breaks in silence when you get hurt. "

My father is Remedio Malinao. He is tall, dark and handsome. He loves to watch basketball and boxing. He is good in playing basketball. He also loves to sing.

He is the best man that i met in my entire life. Whenever i'm sick, he will go to the store even if it's midnight. He works and cares for us. Although he did many mistakes, for me, he's perfect. he always do his best just for us to have something to eat. He is A Man of Steel. He is my superhero, because he always protects me from bad things. He is always concerned with everything that we will do. He's always there to catch me when I fall, whenever and wherever. I had everything because I have a loving father and of course a loving mother. They are my treasures.

He doesn't let us to get hurt. He's always worried whenever me and my siblings we're not home. He's a joker when anyone's down. He's our shield to protect us from harm.  

He wants us to get all the best. He is the best father that anyone would ask for. 

                           

My Best friend for Life...

           On the fourteen years of my existence, my hero is always there for me. My hero is no other than my loving mother. She taught me how to walk, talk, and many many more. She taught me how to read and write the  ABC's. She carried me for nine months. She put one of her feet on the grave when she gave birth to me. She's just an ordinary woman. But for me, she's a WONDER WOMAN. She's always been my Hero. 


          She helped me pass all the trials that came into my life. She is the best friend I could ever ask for. She is always there when I needed someone. She helps me stand whenever I fall. She doesn't let me down. She cured all the wounds that I had. She helped me to overcome all my fears. She doesn't let me to feel alone.


          Although I don't tell her how I love her, I know that she knows that already. Because she knows me very well. Even the strand of my hair. Even though she's annoying sometimes because she's scolding me, it's alright, because I know she's scolding me for the mistakes that I did and it's for me. And I am always telling her I love her by my actions. I found true happiness and love with her. 

         

         I cannot imagine life without her. She is my everything. She's the most important person in my life. If I will be given a chance to be born again, I will choose her to be my mother again and again. And I will never stop loving her 'til my last breath.
